A flag bearer of Hong Leong Holdings Limited, the high-rise Hong Leong Building ( 丰隆大厦) stands  near the historic Lau Pa Sat Market , and is a skyscraper located in Singapore’s CBD in Raffles Place zone at 16 Raffles Quay. The building is in great company with other high-rises in the neighborhood located within a 100-meter radius, including John Hancock Tower, Robinson Towers, AIA Tower, 6 Raffles Quay and One Raffles Quay.

Designed by Swan and Maclaren, with development partners Knight Frank and Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Private Limited, and rising 158.0 meters above ground level, the Hong Leong Building offers 45 floors of prime office space, a basement level that hosts retail shops, a cafeteria, and food and beverage stores. Levels 4 through 7 are reserved for parking.
