The building (popularly known as ORQ) was the vision of designer Kohn Pedersen Fox, and comprises of a 50-Storey North Tower, and a 29-storey South Tower which together offer nearly 1.3 million Sq. ft. of Grade A office real estate, with a direct connection to Raffles Place MRT through a Retail Link.
