The 30-storey Samsung Hub, an office development, is located at 3 Church Street in Singapore’s CBD. Built on a 35,000 M2 (380,000 Sq. ft.) plot near the Prudential Tower, this free-hold development building includes a 6-storey podium block and offers prime Grade A office space.
Built primarily from glass and steel using a post-modern architecture style in 2005, the architects and builders chose high-quality construction materials – including heat-reinforced, turquoise-tinted, double-glazed glass – for the project. Samsung Hub offers an average floor plate size of approximately 12,500 Sq. Ft (1,160 M2), with a total lettable area of 290,000 Sq. ft. (27,000 M2).
Co-owned by OCBC Bank, the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and its subsidiary the Chinese Chamber Realty, the development included a number of big names such as Samsung Corporation, Church Street Properties Private Limited, Chinese Chamber Realty Private Limited, CapitaLand Limited and China Square Holdings Private Limited.
